The story
Intense Blackberries and plum flavors with a hint of spice and seamless oak. This is a medium-bodied Australian shiraz made as a perfect accompaniment to a range of meats – lamb, pork and beef. The 2020 vintage was an exccellent vintage with the wines displaying ripe fruit freshness. Subtle maturation with oak privided additionnal strucrure and complexity but it is the rich fruit flavor that prevails. Our Shiraz displays subtle spice and berry nuances on the nose. The flavors is dark berry and plum, and spicy undertones. With soft and lingering tannin structure, it’s great drinking now but it will provide added complexity over the next 2 o 5 years.
