The Blue Jack Cabernet Sauvignon is a dark, opulent, and voluptuous wine. The vintage 2020 harvest season, with ideal weather conditions, helped the vineyard to progress to perfect ripeness which contributed to the depth of the wine’s flavors and outstanding fragrance. Aromas of blackberry, raspberry, and cranberry with mocha, and delicate cedar. Dark fruit flavors on the palate, including blackberry, blueberry, and cherry. The sweet wood spice and fine tannins from the extended time aging in the barrel turned Blue Jack into an exciting adventure….
