The OZ Stamp Shiraz was created from the best fruits from our vineyard. To preserve its amazing intensity, we conducted an extensive old maceration and slow fermentation. Later, the wine was transferred and aged in Australian oak for 16 months, achieving a robust and elegant shiraz. This Shiraz has plenty of dark chocolate, black cherry, licorice, and traces of peppercorn. The palate is broad and firm. This wine is like a letter that carries the taste and culture of Australia to the world.
